Steps:
1. Click on the ‘Select’ tab under any subject of your choice. If the simulations consist of multiple companies, click on ‘Explore’. Click on the box below the ‘Select’ heading. The following pop-up will appear on the screen.
2. Select the Company/Companies you wish to assign. You can even select all the Companies mentioned in the list. If you don’t select any company it will get assigned randomly.
3. Enter the number of simulations to be assigned per student. If you enter ‘1’ then one simulation will be randomly assigned to each student.
4. Enter the number of downloads you want to give your students. By default 2 downloads are allowed. However, you can give maximum 5 downloads per student.
5. Every simulation can be attempted only once. i.e. the students will have to download the simulation again if they wish to re-solve.
6. If you want the students to have access to our answers to the simulation, select ‘Yes’ under the ‘Show Answers’ tab. Otherwise select ‘No’.
7. If you want the test to be timer based, select ‘Yes’ under the ‘Timer Control’ tab. Enter the duration you wish to allow the student. By default each simulation is set for a 3 hr duration.
8. Select ‘No’ if you wish to assign a test without a timer. Such tests are open for the period specified by you under the ‘Last Usage Date’. In the below example, simulation assigned can be accessed by the student upto 11:59 PM of 31/05/2020.
9. Select ‘Yes’ under the ‘Show Scores’ tab if you want the students to see their scores on submission otherwise select ‘On Conditions’.
You can allow your students to see their scores either after ‘x’ number of days or after a specified date.
10. After deciding the conditions, click on the ‘Let’s Go!’ button. If you want to add another simulation click on ‘I want to add another simulation’ button and repeat the entire process.
11. Once you click ‘Let’s Go’ button you will get the list of students registered under your institute/class. Select the students you wish to assign the simulation to. You can select all stuents or you can also create a batch of students.
